Please install Race Wizard into the default folder (c:\racewizard). KNOWN PROBLEMS If you do not install to the folder c:\racewizard you may get an error such as "ERROR: 3112 Application-defined or Object-defined error". If you receive this error, select File/Open from the menu bar of Race Wizard's Main Menu, and when the file browser opens, browse to the folder where you installed Race Wizard. Select and Open the file rwdata.mdb (the Race Wizard data file). The error will not occur again. GETTING STARTED After starting Race Wizard, choose "Racers Register" from the Main menu to enter the athlete's information. To open a race, choose "NEW" from the Event list box on the Main menu, then enter the events details. Context sensitive help is available by pressing the F1 key at any time on any of the forms. However, it is recommended that the help system not be used while using the Timing Widget when timing an actual race. Disable any screen savers, memory-resident programs such as virus checkers, and battery-saving features that could affect timing of the race while timing an event.
